Shipping policy
Made-to-order production
Most MeMate products are made to order. Production normally takes 3–5 business days before shipment. Personalized orders may take longer if we need to confirm the submitted details.
Shipping destinations and rates
- United States: $9.99 USD standard shipping
- Other supported countries: $19.99 USD standard shipping
The exact shipping charge and available destination are shown at checkout before payment.
Estimated delivery time
After production, standard shipping normally takes 7–15 business days. The usual total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 10–20 business days. Weekends, holidays, customs processing, severe weather, and carrier delays may extend these estimates.
Tracking
We will email a tracking link when the order ships. Tracking may take 3–5 days to show its first carrier scan. If tracking has not updated for more than 10 days, contact us with your order number.
Address changes
Request an address change within 6 hours of placing the order by emailing cs@memate.com or using our contact form. Once production or shipment has started, an address change may no longer be possible.
Customs and import fees
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rate and are not controlled by MeMate.
