Track your order

When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking may take 3–5 days to show its first carrier scan. If tracking has not updated for more than 10 days, contact us with your order number.

You can also sign in to your MeMate account to review your order history and current fulfillment status.

Change or cancel an order

Because MeMate products are made to order, please request changes or cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order. Email cs@memate.com or use our contact form, and include your order number and the requested change.

Once production has started, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. Shipped orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Order total, taxes, and duties

Your checkout total includes the product price, shipping charge, and any applicable taxes collected by Shopify. The exact total is shown before payment. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties or import fees charged by the destination country.
