Available payment methods

The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed at Shopify checkout. Availability can vary by device, browser, currency, billing address, and delivery country. Please review the methods and final order total shown at checkout before completing payment.

International fees

As a global company processing payments in the United States, your bank or card provider may charge an international transaction or currency-conversion fee. These fees are determined by your financial institution and are not charged by MeMate.

Payment troubleshooting

• Confirm the card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address.
• Confirm that sufficient funds are available and that the card supports online and international purchases.
• Refresh checkout, sign in again, or place a new order instead of retrying a failed payment session.
• Contact your bank or card issuer if an international or online transaction is blocked.
• Try another payment method displayed at checkout.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and the payment providers enabled for this store. Transactions and sensitive data are encrypted in transit. MeMate does not receive or store your full card number. Your card issuer or payment provider may require additional security verification, including a security code.
