Cancellation & Modification

To request a change or cancellation, email cs@memate.com or use our contact form. Include your order number and the exact change you need.

Requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing the order. Because products are made to order, changes and cancellations are no longer possible after production starts. Shipped orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Changes we may be able to make within 6 hours

• Shipping name, address, or email
• Personalized name or text
• Product color, size, or other customization options

Approved changes may add 2–3 business days to production. Please review all order and personalization details carefully before checkout.
