1. Issues with Purchases
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or use our contact form, right away. Our representatives will promptly review the details of your request and provide instructions on next steps. Be sure to include your order number, the items purchased, and the reason for dissatisfaction.
2. Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide ample information for customers to make informed purchasing decisions. Currently, orders are confirmed for printing 6 hours after placement to ensure rapid fulfillment. Therefore, customers have a window of 6 hours after checkout to place orders on hold or request cancellation for adjustments.
If you need to cancel or hold an order, you must do so within 6 hour of the original placement. Check your order confirmation email for step-by-step instructions on the cancellation process. Please note we are unable to accept cancellations after the 6 hour cutoff window or if printing has already begun.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If any product arrives defective, fails to function properly as described, or does not match our marketing materials, notify us immediately at [email protected] or use our contact form.
To expedite replacement or refunds, please attach photographs clearly showing the damage or manufacturing defect. Ideal photos are taken on a flat neutral surface, displaying the product tag and issue. We will ship free replacements as soon as we can confirm the problem – you do not need to return the defective merchandise. Providing this information helps us resolve your order and prevent future errors.
This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing flaws and does not apply to:
- Accidental damage
- Improper care or misuse
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Color/material breakdown from sun exposure
- Unauthorized aftermarket modifications
Please note our policy lasts 30 days from delivery of your order. Unfortunately we cannot offer full refunds or replacements if 30 days have passed.
4. Missing Orders
If your delivery is delayed longer than expected, you have the right to request a refund or replacement. Contact us and provide your complete order details, and we will assist you urgently.
Note that you must submit missing order requests to our team within 30 days of the original purchase date. If we proceed with a refund, allow 5-10 business days for the reversal to process with your bank.
5. Refund Processing Time
For approved claims, we will issue prompt refunds or provide free replacements of the same order. Refunds go back to the original payment method used. Here are the estimated processing times:
- PayPal: Refund typically appears within 3-5 business days.
- Debit/Credit Card: Expect the refund as a credit on your account in approximately 7-10 business days, subject to your bank’s procedures.
