To request any changes or cancel your order, please email [email protected] or use our contact form, including your order number and details of the requested adjustments. We will notify you once modifications or cancellations are processed.
Please note that orders can only be altered or canceled within 06 hours of being placed. After this time, orders will automatically enter production and no further changes can be made. Cancellations received after 06 hours will incur a 15% processing fee based on the total purchase amount.
The following can be modified:
- Shipping details such as name, address, email
- Name or text on the product
- Product color, size, or other customization options

Additional notes:
- Modification orders may require extended production time of 2-3 additional days.
- Once an order enters production, it can no longer be canceled or altered.
- Shipped orders cannot be modified or canceled.
