Delivery

1. Visit Track Order page and provide your order information (Email and order ID) to check the order status.

2. Check your fulfilled confirmation emails to get the tracking number. Email title is Order #ME fulfilled or Order #ME** confirmation

3. When we start to ship your package and a tracking number is generated, we will send you an email with the title Order #ME** fulfilled .

The tracking number can be found in the email.

Payments and Billing

You can apply on your cart page and apply on the Checkout page After that, click Apply. If the promo code is applied successfully, you will see the discounted amount on the Total bill

Manage or Cancel order

A. Adding products to your existing order
Once your order has been placed on our system, it is not able to add other items or change the product type/size of the item on your order due to the functional limitation of our system.

In this situation, we recommend placing a second order. If you have any concerns or difficulty relating to this order, please do not hesitate to let us know!

B. Removing products from your existing order

In case you accidentally added an item that you don't need anymore in your order.

If your order has not been processed yet, just chat with us and we can help you to remove the item you want and give you a partial refund of approximately the value of it.

Unfortunately, if your order is in the processing stage, we cannot do anything with your order. In this event, we also recommend chatting with us as we will be able to guide you towards the best solution.

Refund and Replacement

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or poor quality item, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement without a return.

We will promptly issue a refund or ship a replacement for purchases made within the last 30 days. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
