Where does MeMate ship from?

Our company operates with several fulfillment centers around the world. We have warehouses in the US, Vietnam and China.

Ideally, your orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to you. However, if the warehouse is out of stock at that time, we will have to ship it from the next nearest that has sufficient stock.

Delivery

How to track my MeMate order?

1. Visit Track Order page and provide your order information (Email and order ID) to check the order status.

2. Check your fulfilled confirmation emails to get the tracking number. Email title is Order #ME fulfilled or Order #ME** confirmation

3. When we start to ship your package and a tracking number is generated, we will send you an email with the title Order #ME** fulfilled .

The tracking number can be found in the email.

Why is my MeMate tracking number not working? What can I do?

Tracking information may not be updated immediately for some reasons, such as:

The tracking number has jusact been created. After being sent out, your tracking number will need up to 3-5 days to be updated due to delays between tracking system.

The package may not be scanned until it reaches the regional hub near the destination.

The package is in transit between the origin and the destination country. Once the package leaves the origin country the tracking information will not be updated until it reaches the destination country.

However, if your tracking status has not been updated for over 10 days, please contact us to be supported right away.

How to use my MeMate promo codes?

You can apply on your cart page and apply on the Checkout page After that, click Apply. If the promo code is applied successfully, you will see the discounted amount on the Total bill

Why do I have to pay for Shipping fee and Other fee?

How does MeMate calculate the Shipping fee?
Shipping charges are estimated due to your location and the order’s quantity. Please follow our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Will I have to pay other fees?
Some countries may require an imported fee, customs fees or handling fees once you get the package from the delivery service. It does not happen for all. However, it depends on the regulations of your country and it is out of our control. Moreover, these fees will be charged by your government.

Why was I charged without purchasing anything?

If you believe that you have just been charged with MeMate or Linkgo Inc in the transaction details although you did not purchase, please contact us via the contact form or [email protected] and our team will be right back to assist.

We set your privacy and security as the highest priority. To prevent scams or frauds, MeMate only captures a payment once receiving permission from card owners and also uses an internal Fraud Detection system to review a payment. Any payment that is suspected as Fraud will be temporarily paused to get more verification from the card owner.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

Upon your order has been placed successfully, you will normally receive an email containing your order information from us within a few hours. Please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might go there instead of your inbox.

If you have not received your confirmation after 24 hours, it may be that your order has failed to place, our mailing system encountered some errors, or you mistyped the email address when placing your order.

Do not hesitate to contact our support team so we can check your order and resend the confirmation to your email.

Manage or Cancel order

Can I add or remove products from my order?

A. Adding products to your existing order
Once your order has been placed on our system, it is not able to add other items or change the product type/size of the item on your order due to the functional limitation of our system.

In this situation, we recommend placing a second order. If you have any concerns or difficulty relating to this order, please do not hesitate to let us know!

B. Removing products from your existing order

In case you accidentally added an item that you don't need anymore in your order.

If your order has not been processed yet, just chat with us and we can help you to remove the item you want and give you a partial refund of approximately the value of it.

Unfortunately, if your order is in the processing stage, we cannot do anything with your order. In this event, we also recommend chatting with us as we will be able to guide you towards the best solution.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Please contact us soon with the most correct shipping address and our Customer Support team will fix it for you.

How to cancel my order?

After placing your order, if you change your mind and do not want your ordered item anymore, you have 6 hours to cancel it yourself then we will proceed with it.

After this 6-hour timeframe, if you still want to cancel your order, you need to contact us to check further.

However, please know that cancellation at this stage is not guaranteed. We can only proceed with the cancellation if the order has not been processed.

Why can't I select my country when placing the order?

Unfortunately, if you do not see your country name on the shipping info, it means that we temporarily can not ship our products to your country.

It might happen due to the high percentage of unsuccessfully delivered packages that we have shipped to your locations.

Why is my order canceled?

If your payment is suspected as a Fraud by payment gate, your order will be canceled. In this case, of course, we will not charge any bill from your account or credit card.

How to know if your payments are detected as Fraud?
If your transaction is recognized as a fraud, an email regarding transaction alert will be sent to your email address.

Refund and Replacement

Can I return my order from MeMate?

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or poor quality item, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement without a return.

We will promptly issue a refund or ship a replacement for purchases made within the last 30 days. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

How long it takes me to get a replacement or refund?

a. Refund

After MeMate confirmed that the refund has been done, the refund amount will be reflected on your payment account within 3-5 business days with PayPal and 7 -10 business days with your Credit Card, depending on the process of your bank.

b. Replacement

If you agree to the estimated delivery time, we will proceed with the replacement immediately. Please note that personalized items require a processing time of 3 to 5 business days.

How to get my refunds or replacement?

If you experience any issues with your order, including:

  • Item damaged during shipping
  • Item significantly different than described
  • Item never arrived

Please contact our customer support to request a replacement or refund.

In most cases, you can choose between a replacement item or a refund to your original payment method. However, if we are aware of persistent delivery issues to your location, we may recommend a refund instead.
